Absolutely amazing designers. They managed to design and get permits for my 3800 sqft custom home in only 5 months, all the architects in the area said 6 months to a year and offered inferior designs to what these guys made.
Amazing staff with incredible technology. They worked faster and at a quality I have never seen in California.
I have been buying plans from Construction Designs for over 30 years. I have been doing Construction in the Valley for over 40 years. In that time I have worked with literally every drafter and architect in the valley. Without a doubt Construction Designs beats them all in every category and by ALOT! They use really advanced software that makes their plans more advanced than anybody else I have ever worked with. They have more education in that office than anybody else I have ever worked with and I have never had them be unsure about how to do something even with strange or unusual construction methods. On Average they complete my projects 2-3 times faster than any other Architect will. They have the best price in the Valley and I honestly only use other draftsmen when the client doesn't give me the option or has already picked an architect. I feel like picking anybody but Construction Designs to work on a project is like choosing to enter a race on a donkey instead of in a rocket ship.
